Yes, a £50 deposit is required before treatment to secure your appointment.
72+ hours notice: Full refund of the deposit.
24–48 hours notice: 50% refund of the deposit.
Less than 24 hours notice: No refund available.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if we have other clients booked, we may need to reschedule your appointment at the earliest availability.
Yes, we offer a 20–30 minute consultation for £30. If you proceed with a treatment, the consultation fee will be deducted from your final price.
